He was predeceased by: his mother Sheena Lee Batley (Stephenson); and his sister April Lee Jacobson. He is survived by: his father Larry Batley of Keokuk; his sons, William of Keokuk and Joseph Batley of Keokuk; and his sister Roberta McGhghy.
