We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2024, at the age of 56, Tammy Elaine Russell of Keokuk, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Clawson and Sharon Clawson (Hansard); her daughter Crystal Hansard; and her father-in-law Harry Russell, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Harold Russell of Keokuk; her children, Heather Howes (Corey) of Keokuk, Shawn Hansard of Keokuk, Elizabeth Mortimer of Keokuk, Jason McKinley of Keokuk, Kurtis Russell (Daryus) of Keokuk and Kristin McKnight (Mike) of West Point, IA; her siblings, Tommy Clawson of Ottumwa, Jesse Clawson of Ottumwa and Diana Springer (Jeff) of Hampton, IA; and her mother-in-law Anna Russell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
