He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Leazer and Marjorie Leazer (Springer); and his brother Glen Leazer. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Scott of Fort Madison, Iowa and Richard Leazer of Hixson, Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Sara Menke (Todd), John Scott (Jamie), Mike Scott, Mike Leazer, Marvin Leazer (Amanda), Beckee LeMaster (Ted Lafeber), Randy Leazer and Pegi Wise.
