She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Harmon and Virginia Dorothy Belle Fleming; her former husband Kenneth Edward Thompson; her brother William R. Fleming; and her stepbrothers, William J. Fleming and David L. Fleming.
She is survived by: her husband Ken; her daughter Karen Anne Douglas (Tony) of Chatham, IL; her granddaughters, Jennifer Anne Kandis (Nathan) of Waterloo, WI, Megan Emily Douglas (Andy Ellis) of Richardson, TX and Sara Elizabeth Douglas (Noah Anderson) of San Jose, CA; her brother Joseph M. Fleming (Diana) of Madison, WI; her sister-in-law Eileen Fleming of Glenwood, IA; and her stepsister Mary Lou Schultz (Loren). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Social distancing requirements will be in place and attendees may be limited according to those requirements.
Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church or The American Legion Auxiliary in Keokuk.
