It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Kelley (Keokuk, Iowa), who passed away on May 27, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Martin and Ora Martin (Parsons) of Virginia; her spouse Thomas Steven Kelley; and her brothers, Allen Martin and Harold Martin.
She is survived by: her former husband David Wallace; her son Steven Kelley of Rushville, IL; her niece Melinda Martin; her children, Jerod of Keokuk, Faith Martin of Keokuk, Cassandra Martin, Teagan of Keokuk and Maeve Feehan of Keokuk; her nephew Nathan Martin; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole Oliver of Hamilton and Bliss Martin of Hamilton.
