She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Hemingway and Leona Juanita Johnson Hemingway; her husband Donald Lee Bullard; her siblings, Robert Leo Hemingway and Beverly Ann Hemingway; and her great-niece Lori Ann Pollitt.
She is survived by: her son Todd Bullard (Kathleen) of Keokuk; her granddaughter Ashton Bullard-Wenke (Noah) of Keokuk; her great grandchild Liam Bullard-Wenke; and her sister Sandy Pollitt (John) of Keokuk. She is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vigen Memorial (1328 Concert St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
