She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Briggs of Keokuk; her daughter Brenda Best of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Tiffany McKinna (Charlie) of Cedar Rapids, Sean Best of Pennsylvania, Chelsi Huppert (Peter) of Keokuk, Lydia Best of Keokuk, Caleb Best (Katlyn) of Keokuk, Lexie Best (Quay) of Keokuk, Alex Best of Keokuk, Landan Best of Keokuk, Ashlea Tadlock (Carl) of Warsaw and Cody Briggs of Salem, Iowa; her great grandchildren, Devin, Dakota, Jacoby, Robert, Padraic, Carson, Tyler, Oliver, Kaynian and Dixie; and her siblings, Mildred Wagner and Leland Steele. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, foster grandchildren.
