He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth Suter and Lula Rowe Suter; his parents-in-law, Gerald and Lucille Watson; and his grandchildren, Andrew Suter, Kyle Suter, Joey Fountain and Tammy Geist.
He is survived by: his close friend Deborah Watson; his children, Jack Suter (Linda) of Durham, MO, Larry Suter (Desi) of Alta, IA, Terry Suter (Nora) of Palmyra, MO, Sandy Hatfield of LaBelle, MO, Angie Hanson (Jim) of Marion, IL and Lora Washburn (Jeff Ewart) of Keokuk; his grandchildren, David Suter, Melissa Geist, Brandy Geist, Monica Mattson, Curtis Robbins, Christopher Robbins, TJ Suter, Crystal Breault, Whitney Edwardson, Bethany Meyers, Danielle Hambleton, Tyler Ewart, Dustin Hanson, Austin Hanson, Johanna Hanson, Weston Hanson, Kevin Fountain and Sarah Fountain; his brother Johnny Suter (Joyce) of Palmyra, MO; and his brother-in-law Stan Watson of Keokuk. He is also survived by forty-seven great grandchildren.
