She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Raymond Peterson and Jim Newlon; her uncle Lee Reynolds; her aunt Mary Peterson; and her nephew Derrick Manning.
She is survived by: her parent Charlotte Peterson; her daughters, Dawn Peterson Lewis of Keokuk, Melissa Menefee of Billings, MT and Marcia Belknap of Burlington, IA; her grandchildren, Abygail, Alexander, Ian, Asher, Allyanah, Blaine, Kayden, Brendon, Zoey, Rashad Jr., Jordyn and Brandyn; her siblings, Lee Sieser of Carthage, IL, Jerry Akers, Jr. and Deanna Sullivan of Keokuk; her grandmother Elsie Newlon of Stronghurst, IL; her aunt Shirley Reynolds of Paducah, KY; and her uncle Algie Peterson of Carman, IL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
