He is survived by: his parents, Kurtis Stephenson and Rebecca Cunningham Stephenson; his daughters, Angelica Rose (Levi Voss) of Keokuk, Alyssa Rose of Eldora, IA and Anna Stephenson of Keokuk; his grandson Theo Voss; his brothers, Charles Stephenson (Loretta) of Clayton, IL, Brian Lewis (Cindy Zancanelli) of Commerce City, CO and Feilding Lewis (Jessica) of Honesdale, PA; his nieces and nephews, Adina Lewis, Laken Stephenson, Leaney Stephenson, Sophia Lewis and Brinley Lewis; and his pet Holly.
