He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Holtkamp and Dorothy E. Holtkamp (Box); his brother Randy; and his brother-in-law Kenny Fedler. He is survived by: his wife Christine Cetta of Mary's Catholic Church; his sister Jeanne Fedler of New London; his nieces and nephews, Sara Burden (Adam) of Solon, Natalie Passafiume (David) of Pittsburgh, PA, Mia Gwyn (Brian) of Pittsburgh, PA, Maria Harding (Joe) of Greenwood, IN, Clint Fedler (Wendy), Nicholas Bencivenga (Anna) of Pittsburgh, PA and Michael Glover (Hanna) of Blue Springs, MO; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Addison and Beckett Burden; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Glover (Gary) of Blue Springs, MO and Patty Bencivenga of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial has been established in his memory for PAWS Animal Shelter, Keokuk Catholic School, or St. John's Catholic Church.
