He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Stott and Wilma Dice Stott. He is survived by: his children, Randi Michelle Waterman (Brian Hoekstra) of Burlington, IA and Jake Stott (Ashley) of California; his grandsons, Andrew and Brody Waterman; and his sisters, Cretia Hesse (Rick) of Kahoka, MO and Patti Runge (John) of Keokuk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Keokuk Head Start or to Milestones (Meals on Wheels).
