With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis R. Miller (Keokuk, Iowa), born in Walla Walla, Washington, who passed away on November 4, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Casey Howard and Clara Bell Fry Ferris; and her sisters, Hilda Guieca and Irene Adams. She is survived by: her spouses, Jack Cullens and Harold K. Miller; her daughters, Camellia LeMaster (John) of Keokuk and Gloria Naqvi of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Robert Myers, David Myers, Chris LeMaster (Sundae), Neil LeMaster (Stephanie) and Melina Atterberg (Bill); her great grandchildren, T. J., Amber, Daniel, Alisha, Trenton and Angelica-Christian; and her great great grandchildren, Tyler Myers and Andrew Sturms.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the City of Keokuk for the care of the Rand Park flower gardens.
