It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philomene Turtle (Keokuk, Iowa), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 13, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Edward M. and Gertrude M. Meurer Dorn; her children, Floyd E. Turtle of Keokuk and Phyllis M. Cooper (Randy) of Keokuk; her grandson Randy E. Cooper, Jr. of Keokuk; her siblings, Lillian Reynolds and Paul Dorn; and her sister-in-law Donna Dorn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
