She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Marler and Mary Marler; her husband Charles David Belba; and her daughters, Linda and Rebecca Lynn Belba.
She is survived by: her son David Belba of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Jesse Belba of Keokuk, Sadie Belba of Tiffin and Abby Belba of Burlington, Iowa; and her siblings, Grace Judd (Robert) of El Paso, Texas, Dennis Marler (Kathleen) of St. Louis, Missouri and Mike Marler (Carol) of St. Louis, Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
