We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2019, at the age of 97, Olive Lorene Thorn (Keokuk, Iowa), born in Unionville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Guerney Mullenix and Ethel Pickett Mullenix; her daughter Sharen Knowles; her siblings, Pauline Gleason, Albert, Randall, Delbert and James Mullenix; and her sons-in-law, Louis Knowles and Howard Burgess.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Eugene Thorn; her daughters, Karen Thorn of Keokuk and Katherine Burgess of Keokuk; her grandsons, Kevin Knowles, Robert Knowles, Wayne Hays and Billy Hays; and her siblings, Johnnie Mullenix (Mary) of Blue Springs, MO and Anna Mae Lichtenberger of Lees Summit, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Church of Keokuk.
