With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Welsh of Keokuk, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred E Dunlap and AnnaBelle Parsons Dunlap; her husband Mike Welsh; and her sister Karen Parrack. She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Dunlap (Carolyn) of Kahoka, Debbie Kisor (Jim) of Keokuk, Diana Carr (Mark Coovert) of Keokuk, Doug Dunlap (Joyce) of Hamilton and David Dunlap (Diana) of Hamilton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
