He was predeceased by: his father Richard Schilson. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Pribyl of Keokuk; his children, Trent Pribyl (Beth) of Glenwood, Kayla Brown (Elliot) of St. Louis and Amy Mefford (Jeremy) of Quincy, Illinois; his grandchildren, Braden, Thea Pribyl, Josephine and Teddy Brown; his brother Steve Pribyl of Keokuk; his mother-in-law Marsha Schilson of Keokuk; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Schilson (Shelly) and Tim Schilson (Kim) of Basco, Illinois. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to the Keokuk Area Community Foundation.
