She was predeceased by: her parents, Stace Allen and Laura Jane Carpenter (Steward); and her siblings, Robert Thorington, Bill Carpenter, Joyce Wellington and Janet Carpenter.
She is survived by: her close friend Bob Sackman of Keokuk; her daughters, Carol "Janie" Feikert of Keokuk and Bobbie Nichole Sackman of Keokuk; her siblings, Jim Carpenter (Linda) of Colona, IL and Gail Kindig (Larry) of Mt. Pleasant; and her sister-in-law Kim Carpenter of Mt. Pleasant.
