It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Recor Shelton (Keokuk, Iowa), born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wiley and Mary Louise Francis Wiley; and her brothers, Joseph Wiley and Charles Wiley. She is survived by: her spouse William Recor, Sr.; her sons, William Recor, Jr. of Missouri, Joseph J. Recor (Tracy) of Keokuk and Brian K. Recor (Cynthia) of Oskaloosa, IA; her grandchildren, Chelsy Vickers, Byron Recor, Christina Koethe, Joseph Recor and Denim Recor; her great grandchild Alana Vickers; her stepson John Gerber of Missouri; and her pet Lilly.
