She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Katie Dodson and Homer Eugene Snell; her husbands, Paul DeLaney and Ed Koeber; her children, Mildred DeLaney, Paula Ketterer, Tanya DeLaney and Paul DeLaney Jr.; her granddaughters, Becky Pryor and Debbie Ketterer Carroll; and her siblings, Edith Bartmes, James Snell, Robert Snell, Homer Snell, Katie Moore and Norma Robb.
She is survived by: her sister Sallie Halley; her children, Cynthia DeLaney, Fabiane Delaney and Greg DeLaney; her daughter-in-law Ann DeLaney; her grandchildren, Gail Hark, Caitlin Cecchini (Alex), Deanna James Maryanne Johnson (Jason), Dawn Ketterer, James Polston (Carolyn), Josh Cruz (Rachel), Frank Ketterer Jr., John Ketterer, Gregory DeLaney and Kevin DeLaney (Madison); her great grandchildren, Angie Cowden (Chris), Douglas Rudd, Benjamin James (Malorie), Caleb James, Will James, Mia James, Alexandra Cruz-Wu (Ellen), Josh Cruz Jr., Grace Cruz, Nora Martin, Emily Williams, Aubree Martinez, Alexandra Wishart, Hailey Wishart, Gabriel Cecchini, Clare Cecchini and Zachary Cecchini; and her great great grandchildren, Guinevere Cruz, Rose James, Taylor Cowden, Tucker Cowden, Trenton Cowden and Jayden Rudd.
