He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Ragar (Mann) of Keokuk; his stepmother Pat Ragar of Spalding, Nebraska; his grandmother Rubby Mann; his siblings, Terri Micheal of Palmyra, Tracy Bourgeois (Brent) of Wyaconda, Debbie Slevin (Chris) of Spalding, Carl Ragar (Sheila) of Hinton, Jean Walkowiak (Kenneth) of Spalding, Angie Frey (Bill) of Albion, Chrissy Rasmussen (Dave) of Albion and Gary Corethers (Jessica) of Keokuk; his children, Ashleigh Turpen (Matt) of Rochester, Melinda Meredith (Brad) of Williamsburg and Jacob Ragar of Keokuk; and his grandchildren, Annalee Harper of Williamsburg, Nolan Turpen of Rochester and Brayson Ragar of Keokuk.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home - Keokuk (917 Blondeau St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Printy Funeral Home (917 Blondeau St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the Sandusky Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the funeral home for expenses.
