She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Newton Lewis V and Cora Bella Christy Lewis; her husband Ernest Derr; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Derr; her parents-in-law, Virgil and Alice Frueh Derr; her grandparents, Ambrose, Clara Shephard, Christy, Isaac Newton IV and Minnie Hueston; her siblings, Marjorie Lewis, Doris Wells, Evelyn Gorrell, I. N. Lewis VI, Dean and Duane Lewis; and her siblings-in-law, Loren Gorrell, Chester Wells, Kenneth Farthing, Harry LeMatty, Guy Derr, Don White, Raymond Leeper, Louise, Sara, Mary Lewis, Verna White, Virginia LeMatty and Mabel Leeper.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Ann (Steve), James Michael Derr (Barbara) of Keokuk, IA, Steven Wayne Derr of Keokuk, IA, Russell Lewis Derr (Judith), Randy Eugene Derr (Nancy Jo) of Keokuk, IA and Danny Joe Derr (Celley) of Keokuk, IA; her grandchildren, Jeff Bennett, Beth Vinson, Dannette Sargent, Ashley Haney, Stephanie Ragar, Angie Miller, Bruce, Ryan, Jacob, Alex, Zachary, Austin and Aiden Derr; her stepgrandchildren, Douglas, David Anderson, Libby Smith and Katie Dillow (Chuck); her great grandchildren, Makenzie Guy, Taylor Scott, Madelyn Guy, Bronson, Irelynd Sargent, Hayden Derr, Charli, Josi, Vali Haney, Ava Rae, Lincoln Derr, Mia and Cali Miller; her stepgrandchildren, Sophia, Maia Dillow and Andrew Patterson; her great great grandchildren, Nikael, Nehemiah Wilson and Tucker Scott; her sisters, Norma Hatridge (Kenneth) and Nelda Farthing; and her sister-in-law Linda Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
