Loretta Dian Schaffer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Dian Schaffer of Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rudolph Cooper and Viona May Cooper; and her siblings, Carole and Don. She is survived by: her close friend Kenny Davis; her children, Tom Schaffer (Angie) of Colcord, OK and Emily Carter (Dave) of Quincy, IL; and her brother Rudy Cooper (Debbie) of Keokuk. She is also survived by one aunt, one nephew, two great-nieces and one great-nephew and several cousins.
