He is survived by: his significant other Kim Dieterich of Keokuk, IA; his sons, Larry Shawn Padgett (Erin) of Sparks, NV, Steven Padgett (Christina) of Keokuk, IA, Shayne Padgett (Amber) of Quincy, IL and Jamie Padgett (Dorie) of Keokuk, IA; and his siblings, Billy Peeples, Jesse Padgett, Mary Sandoval and Frances Locke. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
