She was predeceased by: her parents, Abbott Shearman and Dody Stout Shearman; her son Ben Cornelius; and her siblings, Carole Hull and James Shearman.
She is survived by: her husband David Cornelius; her daughter Angela Marie Witte (Randy) of Peoria, IL; her granddaughter Payten Jean Cornelius of Port Charlotte, FL; and her sister Linda Mosley of Hannibal, MO. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
