She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Donnelly and Grace E. Wood Donnelly; her son Stephen Marshall; her brother Michael Donnelly; her son-in-law Richard Kil; and her brother-in-law William Shuka.
She is survived by: her husband Robert G. Hays; her children, Gayle Kil of Portage, MI, Kenneth Marshall of Overland Park, KS and David Marshall (Shelly) of Keokuk; her stepchildren, Scott Hays (Julie) of Keokuk, Rex Hays of Overland Park, KS and Lynn Carter (Glenn) of Montrose, IA; her sister Elizabeth Shuka of Ames, IA; and her sister-in-law Diane Donnelly. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bel Air Baptist Church or Shepherds Ministries in Union Grove, WI.
