We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2024, at the age of 65, Jimmy Lee Courtwright of Keokuk, Iowa, born in Saint Louis, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Jimmy Lee farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jimmy Lee is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ray, Sr. and Earline Henrichs Courtwright; his wife Tina Marie Williams; and his son Timothy Lee Courtwright. He is survived by: his sisters, Donnagene Sparrow (Kevin) of Keokuk and Nettie Myrtle Courtwright of Fenton, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Courtwright (Kelly), Joshua Wilson (Kim), Georgia Hoffelder and Donetta Tucker (Matt). He is also survived by five great nieces, two great nephews and one great-great nephew.
