James Brooks Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Brooks Jr. of Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Norma Brooks (Hewitt); his brothers, Thomas and Raymond Brooks; and his nephew Jeremy Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Brooks of Keokuk; his sons, James William Brooks, III (Melissa) of Memphis, Tim Brooks (Vicky) of Pittston and Mike Brooks of Keokuk; and his siblings, Randy Brooks (Joan) of Omaha, Nebraska, Lynn Morgan (Robert) of Keokuk and Lori Brackelsberg of Keokuk. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to Covid-19, masks and social distancing will be required, and visitation is limited to fifteen people in the building at a time due to state regulations.
Memorials may be directed to Pilgrim Rest Church or the Keokuk High School Athletic Department.
