She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, J. F. Kirkpatrick and Nelly Kirkpatrick (Ege); her husband Clyde Nickel; her sons, C. Douglas Nickel (Cynthia) of Keokuk and Dart A Nickel of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Ginna Fuller (Zac) of Keokuk, Jerrad Nickel (Beth) of Danville and Jacob Nickel (Mary Jo) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and her great grandchildren, Brennan Fuller, Jillian, Leah, Karsyn and Austin Nickel. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or for Camp Courageous at Monticello, Iowa.
