He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Jay and Vesta Louis Fugate (Huggans); his wives, Donna and Nola J. Joy; his son David; and his brother Charles.
He is survived by: his sister Lorraine Rush of Kahoka; and his son Douglas (Pat) of St. Robert, Missouri. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
