He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elmer Stice, Sr. and Mabel Harriet Jeffrey Stice; his father-in-law Jack Smith; and his siblings, Wallace Fogel, Virginia Winn and Mary Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his sons, Jason Stice (Lindsey) and Joshua Stice; his stepsons, Alan Snyder and Jacob Snyder; his brother Billy Stice; and his close friends, Kevin Helmick, Randy Kay and Leo Turner. He is also survived by five granddaughters; two grandsons; one great-grandson.
