He is survived by: his wife Maxine Madge Warning; his children, Stephen Baum (Deborah) of Keokuk and Linda K. McCully (S. Michael) of Bloomsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Patrick Baum (Carmalitta) of Keokuk and Erin L. McCully (Ian Jeffress) of Sylva, NC; and his great grandchildren, Lia McCully Jeffress, Sophia Roberts, Michael Carr (Lilly), Komonnie Moody and Zavier Moody.
