She was predeceased by: her parents, Versailous E. Carter and Sybel Carter (Thompson); her husband Joseph Martin Rupp; her brother Allen Carter; and her son-in-law Alan Leffler.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Rupp (Karen) of Keokuk and Donna Leffler of Warsaw; and her grandchildren, Michelle Flockhart (Todd), Kathy Burkhammer (Jeff Ball), Michael Rupp (Melissa), Melissa Ruffcorn (Doug) of Hamilton, Bill Leffler (Sara) and Lori Vradenburg (Josh). She is also survived by twenty great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
