She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Hastings and Minny Hastings (Dooley); and her husband Billie L. Kay, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Billie L. Kay, Jr. of Keokuk, Randy R. Kay of Keokuk and Jim Kay (Sherry) of Keokuk; and her brothers, Don Hastings (Sandy) of Jefferson City, Larry Hastings (Carol) of Bowen and Charlie Hastings (Tina) of East Moline, Illinois. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
