Balentine of Keokuk, Iowa, born in Mount Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulis Balentine and Genevieve Balentine (Ferril); his daughter Genevieve Dawn Balentine; and his brother Terry Balentine. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Johnson; his children, Belinda Greer of Keokuk, Rhonda Balentine of Keokuk, Terry Balentine of Warsaw, IL and Donald Balentine of Warsaw, IL; his stepchildren, Tina Washburne of Wayland, MO, Deb Campbell, Tony Washburn of Nauvoo, IL, Jerry Washburne and Nick Campbell; his mother-in-law Norma Johnson; his sisters, Betty St. Clair of Kahoka, MO and Sandra Egley of Wayland, MO; and his half-siblings, Mary Mohler, Sharon Salvador, Wanda Balentine, Nancy Balentine and Albert Oswald. He is also survived by three sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
