She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Lester Rodgers and Viola Mae Washburn Rodgers; her spouse Martin "Keith" Washburn; her daughters, Nicki, Leslie and Suzanne; and her sister Barbara.
She is survived by: her son Curtis Washburn (Rhonda) of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Adam Washburn (Samantha), Chelsea Washburn, Trenton Washburn, Hailey Jones, Hanna Hill and Ted Burdette (Norezzia); her great grandchildren, Natalee, Julianna, Winter, Samuel and Phasley; her nephew Mark Shuler (Rachelle); and her nieces, Deseree Shuler and Amanda Hymes.
