She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carter and Anne Carter (Sampson). She is survived by: her husband Garold Picton of Keokuk; her children, Justina Goncales (Tim) of Chicago, Amanda Picton of Keokuk and David Picton (Cara) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her siblings, Ray Carter (Annette) of Colorado and Judy Spoores (Chuck) of Keokuk; her siblings-in-law, David Picton of Keokuk, Robert Picton (Cindy) of Keokuk and Teresa Sapp (Todd) of Florida; and her grandchildren, Matthew Picton, Kiria Pezley, Kadence Pezley, Jacob Goncales, Aurora Piersee, Logan Piersee, Holden Picton and Autzen Picton.
Memorials may be directed to the family in care of Garold Picton for expenses.
