He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard John and Rosa Viola Steele (Barthalamew); and his daughter Michelle Anette Steele. He is survived by: his former wife Marla J. Huston; his wife Alice A. Garrison; and his children, Tammy Jean Steele of Colorado, Kurt Allan Steele (Maria) of Keokuk, Matthew Richard Steele of Keokuk, Michael Earnest Page (Bobbi) of Keokuk, Mary Lynne Kindhart of Keokuk and Jeffrey S. Page (Tammy) of Mississippi.
