He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sue Swan; his sons, Mike Sisk (Jacolyn) of Salem, IA and Tim Sisk of Keokuk, IA; and his siblings, Lennie Sisk (Hilda) of Davenport, IA, Alphia Lang (Greg) of Donnellson, IA and Betty Carle (Mike) of Ft. Madison, IA.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
