She is survived by: her children, Christie Mortimer of Keokuk, Brandie Broadwell (Matt Gerdes) of Keokuk and Bryan Simpson; her grandchildren, Britini Simpson, Larry Simpson, Michael Simpson, Tracy Simpson, Drake Simpson, Haylee Altgilbers (Devon), Jensen Broadwell, Abigail Broadwell, Allison Gerdes and Greyson Gerdes; her sister Penny Ford (Tom) of Ames, IA; and her brother-in-law Steven Yates of Luray, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
