He is survived by: his wife Carole Murray; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Hermanson (Lars) of Bartlesville, OK, Terri Macormic of Salina, KS and Janet Burrus (Dan) of Fowler, IL; and his cousin Jackie Scott of Williamstown, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
