She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Hayden and Jenny Newcomb Hayden; her daughter Catherine Altheide; her siblings, Joseph Hayden, Melvin Hayden, Catherine McGhghy, Mary Lou Ames, Frances McAndrew and Jane Ann Lawson; and her granddaughter Genevieve Dawn Balentine.
She is survived by: her spouse Roy W. Altheide; her children, Terry Altheide (Linda), Buddy Howard (Doris), Terry Balentine (Kristal) of Warsaw, Ill. and Corrina Jo Wells (Bruce) of Macomb, Ill.; her brother William Hayden (Janice) of Kahoka, MO.; and her brothers-in-law, Pooch Ames and Dean Lawson. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
