He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Brown and Anna Brown (Hauersperger); his wife Gerdena De Hoedt; his siblings, Leland and Dorothy; and his half-brother Joe Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Brown (Aileen) of Kellogg, Rick Brown (Mary) of Kellogg, Cindy Meredith (Mike) of Kellogg and David Brown (Kathy) of Kellogg; his grandchildren, Melanie Sweeney (Tim), Justin Brown (Veronica), Kristin Titus (Trevor), Kelli Hulin (Racer), Kayla Illingworth (Josh), Justina Dhondt (Calvin), Josh Meredith (Paige), Kyle Brown (Maggie) and Kaitlyn Lepley (Erik); and his brother Glen Brown (Nancy).
