He is survived by: his children, Brenda Lee Talbert of Brainerd, MN, Dawn Michelle (Joseph Gannaway) of Newton, IA, Michael Gene Talbert (Donna) of Kenosha, WI and Scott Keven Talbert (Margie) of Gilbert, AZ; and his half-brothers, Melvin Talbert of Racine, WI, John Talbert of Antigo, WI and Earl Talbert of Kenosha, WI. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
