She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Rupp and Pheobe Rupp (Wilson); her former husband Lyle Neleman; and her siblings, John Rupp and LaRita Gauley.
She is survived by: her husband Ron; her children, James Neleman (Jill), Michael Neleman (Lori) and Kathy Deppe (Randy); and her grandchildren, Todd Neleman (Katie), Hillary Foster (Josh), Jenny Wilson (Brad), Chad Neleman (Emmy), Melissa Neleman and Clayton Deppe (Elaine). She is also survived by her 12 great-grandchildren.
