He was predeceased by: his parents, Chet Munyon and Norma Munyon (Reed); his parents-in-law, Pat Straight, Monte Straight and Chet Waller; and his brother-in-law Jerry Straight.

He is survived by: his brother Rodney Vane; his wife Debbie Ann Munyon (Straight) of Kellerton; his stepdaughter Patricia JoAnn (PJ); his children, Matthew Wayne Munyon of Kellerton and PJ Munyon West of Kellerton; his granddaughters, Olivia and Sophia West of Kellerton; his brother Rod Munyon (Leeanne) of Mesa, Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, Dan Straight (Pam) of Kellerton, Randie Ross (Dave) of Kellerton, Teresa Pearce (Dave) of Mt Ayr, Susan Becker (Joe) of Diagonal and Barb Waller of Tingley. He is also survived by relatives and an endless number of friends.
