She was predeceased by: her parents, William Motsinger (Bill) and Lois Motsinger; her brother Robert Motsinger; and her husband Dean Fugate. She is survived by: her children, Tamara Marie, Michael Dean, Robbie Lance, Vickie Lewis (Robert), Tammy Fugate, Mike Fugate (Cindy) and Rob Fugate (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Scott Lewis (Lorry), Jeremy Lewis (Michelle), Brian Lewis (Kacie), Mackenzie Fugate, Tyler Fugate (Felicia), Jason Fugate and Rylie Fugate; and her sister Judy Minnick (Lyle). She is also survived by brother-in-law William (Bill) French, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
