He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Leeper and Marjorie Mae Leeper (Foster); and his brother Jim Leeper. He is survived by: his wife Doris Leeper of Kellerton; his children, Laura Leeper, Harold Vanderflught of Kellerton, Bill, Wendy Leeper of St. Thomas, U. S, Bob Leeper of Kellerton, Jeff Leeper of Kellerton, Jennifer and Tom Surdi of Chariton, Iowa; and his sister Karyol Haye of Marshalltown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
