He was predeceased by: his parents, Galen Berhow and Elsie Berhow (Olthoff); and his brother Dean. He is survived by: his former wife Rosalyn Ann Hanson; his wife Rose Berhow of Kanawha; his children, David Berhow (Coleen) of Osage, Kelly Berhow (Neola) of Manchester and Dena Hejlik (Mark) of Britt; his grandchildren, Taylor, Cody, Shelby, Hannah, Emma and Rebecca; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Carter and Miller; and his brother Eugene Berhow (Rhonda).

Those in attendance will be asked to follow social distancing guidelines and encouraged to wear a face covering.
